The "Dingsheng" RSE series synchronous lifting device is a mechanical structure composed of gear and rack, gearbox connection shaft and other accessories. It is a mechanism unit used to keep the upper and lower surfaces synchronized when moving up and down.

"Dingsheng" series of Synchronous lifting device is relying on the linkage between the gear and the rack. After passive lifting, it can ensure that four or more support points synchronous lifting, to achieve a smooth lifting of the working platform.
The synchronization error of the four support points is a minimum of up to 0.3mm~0.5mm.
The longer the shaft spacing of the Synchronous lifting device, the deflection of the drive shaft will cause the bevel gear of the left and right gear boxes to heat up, thus shortening the service life of the synchronous lift.
Refer to the above table to add UCP bearing seats within the given range, and to add one or more bearings, selected from the location of the gear or sprocket.
