There are many linear motion components on industrial automation devices to achieve high-precision motion control. In the following text, let's briefly understand five common linear moving components: linear guide rails, linear bearings, oil-free bushings, ball screws, and guide shafts:

1. Linear guide rail
Linear guide rail, also known as line rail, slide rail, or linear guide rail, is used in situations where linear reciprocating motion occurs. It can withstand a certain amount of torque and achieve high-precision linear motion under high loads.

2. Linear bearings
Linear bearings are devices that use steel balls to achieve linear motion. Due to their ability to achieve low friction linear motion with a simple structure, they are widely used in transportation equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and other fields.

3. Oil free liner
The oil-free liner can achieve self-lubricating, stable, reliable, and noise free operation through design. In the case of liquid lubrication, the sliding surface is separated by lubricating oil and does not come into direct contact, which can greatly reduce friction loss and surface wear. The oil film also has a certain ability to absorb vibration.

4. Ball screw
The ball screw is composed of a screw, a nut, a steel ball, a pre press plate, a reverser, and a dust collector. Its function is to convert rotational motion into linear motion, which is a further extension and development of Acme screws. The important significance of this development is to transform bearings from sliding motion to rolling motion.

5. Guiding shaft
Guiding shafts and bearings are widely used in the automation industry. Guiding shafts are divided into linear guiding shafts, which are used for linear motion and rotation purposes, as well as bar materials for pillar purposes. The guide shaft bracket is usually used in conjunction with the guide shaft and linear bearings to fix the shaft and ensure transmission.
